I had such a great experience! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I was lucky to be treated by Raphael Payant. I had injured my knee from dance and he really helped me understand the technology of my muscles, bones, and everything in between. He was very reassuring, fun, skilled in his work, and guided me to the right direction for recovery. I also very liked how thoughtful the exercise plan, and the exercises themselves, were. Thank you so much for everything!! I would definitely come again :))

The staff is welcoming, understanding, patient, and kind. I have done massage and acupuncture so far, and I always leave feeling better. Vitality also takes insurance plans automatically, so I don't have to submit after every appointment.

I have been going to Marcus for massages for around 4 months. It has been an amazing experience. He takes the time to listen to your concerns so the massages are tailored each visit. Marcus is very talented and is able to address all my areas of concern. I will continue to go to and recommend Marcus and the staff to everyone.

I never expected someone to be able to treat my shoulder. Rob Vareta absolutely knows what he’s doing and he’s so passionate about improving his patients’ lives. I always look forward to the sessions before going because they’re actually fun. Rob makes them so enjoyable and always listens. He knew the problem straightaway and explained it to me better than I pictured it in my head. They also have a weight room and ready to track the progress on the spot because they are confident that they are helping me improve. Everyone there is very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about Taryn as a RMT. She is a stellar massage therapist and the best one I have had. I continue to see her because she always addresses my concerns and/or injuries I am dealing with. She is professional, knowledgeable, and shows compassion during each appointment. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable RMT in the Ottawa area. She is arguably the best in the business in my opinion. In addition, the front desk staff at the Finley Creek location are friendly and courteous upon each visit.

The entire team at Vitality Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre Findlay Creek is top notch! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I had the pleasure of being treated by Raphael Payant (best physiotherapist ever!). He is very knowledgeable, patient, attentive, respectful and professional. He really cares about his patients. Today I graduated after four months of physiotherapy at Vitality. I broke my proximal humerus in February after slipping on ice and then required surgery with a metal plate and screws put into the bone. In April, I started working with physiotherapist Raphael Payant to regain mobility in my left arm and shoulder. Throughout the four months, I felt we made great progress. Raphael was always so kind, caring, personable and compassionate, willing to listen to my concerns. All the rest of the staff were wonderful, too! Thanks so much! I would definitely recommend Vitality Findley Creek for someone seeking physiotherapy services.
